Everyone at Well Desk is committed to making sure customers are satisfied with our products and happy with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a 100 percent refund for up to 30 days from the purchase date no questions asked. We keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. When we purchase from online companies, we too expect a simple return policy that does not confuse or frustrate us.

Really, we won’t ask any difficult questions or give you a hard time over your return. Its completely hassle free. In the spirit of our “no questions asked guarantee” our only request is that you return the product to us in its original condition and original packaging.

How To Make A Return

While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Below are the steps you need to follow to return an item:

Email service@welldesk.com to initiate your refund. We need to confirm the item being returned was purchased in the last 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but after 30 days all sales are final.

We will email you the return shipping address and ask you to return the package to us via registered mail with a tracking number. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund 100% of your purchase price.

Charges and Credits

Shipping charges – Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Well Desk. However, Well Desk will refund 100% of what you paid us.  We will not deduct any of our original shipping charges out of your refund.

Receiving your refund – Well Desk does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account originally used.
